YOGA


This year marks the 10th International Day of Yoga with the theme “Yoga for Self
and Society.” Yoga, is an amazing practice that brings harmony to both mind and
body, striking a balance between thought and action while uniting restraint and
fulfillment.
We want to give a big shoutout to our fantastic yoga teacher, Nagma, for teaching
yoga to the kids at our Shishu Bhavan. Their minds and bodies are reaping the
benefits of this healthy practice
